intonation

On Sunday Ben Miller, Mark Saner, and I went to the 'first annual' Intonation Music Festival in Chicago. It was a good solid 8 hours of Indie Rock or really whatever independent band wanted to play. It was hot - I drank like a gallon of water - but the music was good. I actually bought a CD from OUT HUD. It's been a while sice I've done that. I think I enjoyed their live performance better than the recording but that's usually the way it goes.

I've known Mark and Ben since elementary school but I haven't talked to either of them much since. It's good to catch up with old friends every once and a while.
